The screw conveyor with storage bin manufactured in carbon steel is used as an intermediate storage for recycled parts. The stainless steel bin with screw conveyor is acting as a classifier – The screw conveyor takes slowely parts out of the bin after they have bin cleaned by the water in the tank.

A double horizontal screw conveyor is a part of the project for further transport of the waste material

The solution is manufactured for a cable recycling plant, where the different crushed cables are sorted into specific fractions. The screw conveyor with bins are part of the internal sort and transportation.

The screw conveyor is bolted to bin via a flange connection. This makes it more efficient to transport over long distances.
