What design features have been taken to manufacture a sanitary solution?

1. All material is manufactured in stainless steel 1.4301
2. All weldings have been made with 100% TIG-welding
3. The inclined screw conveyor have been designed with lids for easy cleaning
4. The Pack box in the bottom is easy accessible for demount during cleaning
5. Over the gear box there is a lid to protect the gear box for cleaning water
6. All surfaces has been designed as vertical as possible to drain cleaning water away

Advantages for a hopper with a screw conveyor for food material

1. It can be fully closed
2. It is cleanable – however you must do it manually to be fully sure it is cleaned
3. All material in contact with the food material can be made in stainless steel
4. You can combine material storage with material transport

When you use an inclined screw conveyor in combination with a hopper, it is difficult to ensure an accurate dosing. The inclined screw conveyor moves the material to a higher level. If you also need to dose the material, you shall combine a horizontal dosing screw with an inclined lifting screw conveyor.
