With this product we have assisted the customer with detailed design followed by manufacturing in our workshop. The product design is performed by the client and BEMA has received a basic drawing showing the main measurement together with a description of all in- and outlets. BEMA has based on the customer drawing made detailed manufacturing drawings for the work shop. BEMA has its own design department where technicians are able to make precise work shop drawings based on “engineering” drawings from the customer.
By using standardized clarification methods, BEMA is able to handle a varity of different types of stainless steel process equipment. Read about another project with process equipment here
BEMA works from the customer’s engineering drawing, which includes the main geometry and all inlets and outlets. Based on this, BEMA’s design technicians create detailed workshop drawings suitable for manufacturing. During this process, all technical details are clarified with the customer, including placement of connections, flange sizes, gasket materials, and any special requirements. This ensures that the final product matches the customer’s intended design precisely.
Before production, BEMA and the customer align on several critical parameters:
BEMA’s in‑house design department can transform customer engineering drawings into precise, production‑ready workshop drawings. The team is experienced in handling a wide variety of stainless‑steel process equipment and uses standardized clarification methods to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with customer requirements.
