Double cutting screw with swivel screw designed and delivered to an off-shore drill rig. The screw conveyors removes drill cuttings away from the shaker on the drill rig.
The lifting screw conveyor including the swivel screw conveyor are carried in one point. This is the reason for developing the support frame with a girder design. The swivel screw conveyor is turnable and the cuttings can be delivered to different points (containers) during the drill operation.

BEMA has its own design department that can handle complex projects that need comprehensive documentation. Our ISO-9001 quality system describes how to handle 3.1 material certificates and all welding processes.
This solution is designed for offshore drill rigs to transport drill cuttings away from the shaker. The system combines a horizontal double screw conveyor, an inclined lifting screw, and a turnable swivel screw for flexible material handling.
The swivel screw is turnable, allowing operators to direct drill cuttings to different discharge points or containers during drilling operations. This makes the system adaptable to changing workflows on offshore rigs.
All conveyors in the system use two screw rotors to ensure secure operation. If one rotor fails, the system can continue running on the second rotor, increasing reliability and minimizing downtime.
Yes. The conveyors are built according to NORSOK design requirements, with surface treatment compliant with NORSOK M‑501. They are delivered with 3.1 material certificates, user manuals, wear‑part manuals, and detailed machine drawings for easy maintenance and spare‑part ordering.
