Double cutting screw with swivel screw designed and delivered to an off-shore drill rig. The screw conveyors removes drill cuttings away from the shaker on the drill rig.

Main elements in the double screw conveyor solution

1. A horizontal double screw conveyor
2. An inclined double lifting screw conveyor with a special developed support frame that carries the lifting screw and the swivel screw
3. A double swivel screw conveyor

The lifting screw conveyor including the swivel screw conveyor are carried in one point. This is the reason for developing the support frame with a girder design.

The swivel screw conveyor is turnable and the cuttings can be delivered to different points (containers) during the drill operation.

• The turnable swivel screw gives the possibility for different delivery points
• All screw conveyors are manufactured with two screw rotors for secure operation
• In case of a break down on one screw rotor the operation can continue with the other screw rotor
• The system is a 2 line system
