Compact shredder for degrading designed and manufactured for removal of line waste in a production facility.

How is the system designed?

1. The line waste enters the compact shredder
2. The shredder degrades the material and deliver it to a screw conveyor in the bottom for further transport to a central point for waste collecting

The shredder has a very compact design and requires a minimum of space to be implemented in a screw conveyor transportation solution.

Key points for the shredder

1. It is possible to adjust the distance between the 2 shredder rotors to obtain an optimal operation
2. Knives are manufactured in Hardox steel to increase the lifetime
3. Hollow shaft gear boxes delivered for easy replacment if necessary
