ACTA bale openers are an efficient part of modern recycling industry and are used to open and loosen bales of plastic, including PET bottles, insulation materials, textiles, paper/cardboard, and other materials baled up for recycling.
Further, bale openers often double as crushers/shredders and are thus instrumental in the process of handling material for recycling.
High reliability, long lifetime, and a minimum of maintenance are key words describing these machines.

Why is the ACTA Crusher used for opening/crushing Waste in Bales?
Incineration plants do not always have the capacity to burn all the waste or some of the plants are simply closed down during the summer. The collected waste (from the industry and households) must be pressed in Bales in order to be stocked until the incineration plant is ready to receive it again. The Waste Bales must be opened before burning. In the ACTA Crusher or in the ACTA Bale Opener you will without any problems open up such bales and you will get a very homogenous material for burning.
Why is the ACTA Machine used for opening bales with PET Bottles?
In order to sort and clean the PET Bottles the bales have to be opened and the bottles must fall out separately on the conveyor belt. You do not need much space for installing an ACTA De Bailing Machine. By a trial you will see that the ACTA De Bailing Machine is your optimal solution for opening up your bales with PET Bottles.
Why is ACTA Crusher used to divide paper and cardboard?
Paper and cardboard are typically compressed into bales to save space and optimise transportation when it is collected from shops, recycling stations, printing works, and similar. To be able to sort the contents correctly, the bales need to be reopened. This is done efficiently by an ACTA bale opener. In other processes, too, the efficient opening and plucking of the bales is crucial to the end result. For example, paper factories receive tightly compressed bales of sorted paper, cardboard, or carton which needs to be turned into new paper material. This process involves adding old and sorted paper to large tanks containing pulp. Loose paper is dissolved more quickly in the pulp, which is why the compressed bales need plucking before being processed further. An ACTA machine will handle even the most tightly compacted bales and is constructed to resist the severe impact inflicted by paper bales typically weighing 250–500 kg apiece.
