How do I inform BEMA concerning inlets and outlets on transportation screw conveyors?

1. If you know exactly how the geometry is, then send us a drawing, and we design the inlet when together with the screw conveyor
2. If you do not know the exact measurements – and this is the most common case, then ask us to deliver a loose inlet for  your screw conveyor. The installer will then fit it to the lid plate during installation. Do not waste time on asking for special designed inlet, if you do not know the exact measurements – leave it for the installer

The transportion screws are made with a combination of cylindrical screw rotors and paddle screw rotors. This is due to customer requirements.

The hinged lids are supplied with a safety switch. We always prepare hinged lids with a safety switch to make the transportation screw conveyor as ready as possible for installation on-site.

The brackets for the legs have been made for fast installation. BEMA can supply different solutions for brackets and fixation to a carrying structure.
