How is the shredder working?
- 2 shafts with knives are running inter meshing and degrades the material between the knives
- Each shaft is supplied with its own gear box which makes it possible to run them with different speed
The shredder is designed to be part of a complet system.

- An inlet bin feeding the shredder
- A screw conveyor connected to the outlet to remove the degrading material
The compact design of the shredder makes it easy to design a completly closed system. This avoid emissions to the environment and increase the environment, health and safety for the emplyees working with the equipment.
What types of materials are applicable for the multipurpose shredder?
- Residual products from food processing due to the stainless steel design
- Residual products from the fish industry due to the stainless steel design
- Cardboard waste
- Lumps that are relatively easy to break
- Minor steel parts that are easy to degrade
- Etc.
It is not possible to determine the size of the degraded material. The only way is to make a test and see that the shredder delivers and acceptable result.
