Features:
- The whole ACTA is lowered, due to restrictions of loading heights on site – loading height only 2000mm from ground
- Equipped with safety Gearmotor protecting cover, which protect against impact from ex. truckloader or debris
- Extended filler hopper, for increasing the load volume and easier loading of material
- An inspection hatch with safety switch is made, in the extended filler hopper, for visual checks and easy access doing maintenace.
- Equipped with 4 fingers rotation knife + 2 fixed knife (changeable) Further, an outlet hole plate is installed, to secure max grain size of output
- Complete outlet screw conveyor with closed protection cabinet, to inclabsulate all dust and debris, doing transport of output material
- Additional screw transporter installed, after outlet screw, for lifting and further process of material
- All primed and painted in RAL 9010
- Reliable gear and motor setup from NORD Gear
- All designed, built and in the end, installed on site, by BEMA A/S
