Description of the ACTA shredder enhancements:

• Loading Height: Design has been lowered to comply with on-site loading height restrictions. The new loading height is below 2,000mm from the ground.
• Protective Cover: The customer requested an impact guard to shield the gearmotors from impacts by the front loader or falling debris during loading.
• Extended Filler Hopper: To facilitate easier loading and a modest increase in load volume, higher side and back walls were constructed.
• Inspection Hatch with Safety Switch: Installed to allow the operator to inspect easily visually, for example, while the front loader is filling the hopper or if maintenance is needed.
• Outlet Holes: Fitted with a four-finger rotating knife plus two fixed knives (changeable). Additionally, an outlet hole plate was installed to ensure a maximum fragment size of the output.
• Outlet Screw Conveyor: A complete outlet screw conveyor with a closed protection cabinet was installed to contain all dust and debris during the transport of the output material.
• Additional Screw Conveyor: An additional screw conveyor was installed in continuation of the outlet screw to elevate and deposit the material onto a higher-level belt conveyor.
• Full Control Cabinet: The ACTA was delivered with a complete “cable in, cable out” control cabinet, featuring frequency drivers and a PLC program for full control of the ACTA setup.

After pre-assembly and testing in our workshop, we shipped everything to our customer’s site in Europe. We travelled along and helped with the final setup, guaranteeing a thorough installation and commissioning.
