An ACTA crusher can be used within many different industries and for a huge variety of different material processes. This specific project here, where made for a manufacturing plant within the gypsum industry, to help them recycle gypsum waste and cut off material, they may have from their production lines.
An ACTA crusher, uses screw rotors to move material back and forward inside the hopper bin, so you achieve a form of kneeding effect. This kneeding effect are optimal to crush and seperate the gypsum material, so you can more easily seperate the gypsum from other material such as paper, wood, nails and screws.
By recycling gypsum waste, you reduce the need for virgin gypsum raw materials and efficiency contributes to a more sustainable and circular economy
